Health & Fitness, also known as H & F, is a brand new concept in ice cream products, based on creating a Frozen Dessert with more good calories than bad. H & F is made with all natural ingredients, it is sweetened with Chicory Nectar, an all natural plant root which has a Glycemic Index (GI) of 26.25%. Each product line will also have added ingredients that are specifically blended together to add Health & Fitness benefits.
StrongBody, is H&F’s first product line on the market. Each ice cream bar includes 10g of Whey Protein Isolate and 3g of L-Glutamine, which are Branch Amino Acids (BCAAs) known to help in Muscle Development and recovery as well as Weight Control.
H & F is targeting the Health and Fitness enthusiasts and everyone who wants to enjoy a good old fashion ice cream treat with “ZERO” guilt.
